Application:
This equipment is used to test the plug-in and pull-out force and pressing force of USB interfaces of various electronic products. The results of the friction force and applied force pressing test during plug-in and pull-out of the interface are obtained to evaluate whether the product meets the manufacturing requirements.
Features:
1.Real-time display of changes in current force value and displacement, which can display: force-displacement (kgf-mm) or force-time (kgf-time) curves.
2.The operating interface has three switchable languages: Simplified Chinese/Traditional Chinese/English, and the force value units are switchable in N, Lb, gf, and kgf, which is suitable for global customers.
3.The open force value protection function sets a protection value based on the conventional testing force.
When the value is exceeded during operation or inching, the movement will automatically stop to reduce damage to equipment and precision samples.
4.The test method management logic is clear, and the correctness of parameters is checked and error information is provided when creating a new method. Test data is stored in a local database for easy access and query.
5.The report header content can be modified at any time (in both Chinese and English), the report is automatically generated, no input is required, data reports and curve reports can be printed, and can be exported to Word, Excel, PDF and other format documents.
6.Meet the independent control and independent testing of two groups of products.
