The constant temperature and humidity test chamber is a state-of-the-art programmable testing equipment designed for various environmental simulation reliability tests of industrial products. The chamber has a heating rate of -20℃ up to +100℃ within 40 minutes when unloaded, even in an ambient temperature of +25℃.
To prevent condensation in the door frame at low temperatures, a heating wire is installed in the door frame for single door chambers.
The outer chamber material is high quality carbon steel plate with an electrostatic color spray treatment. The left side of the box has a φ50mm diameter hole for easy access. The inner chamber material is SUS304# stainless steel plate, and the insulation material is a hard polyurethane foam insulation layer with glass fiber for efficient insulation.
