Purpose:

This tester is used for life time test of computer keyboard, note-book keyboard, other knobs and switches, can test many parts together at the same time (Every parts can be tested at many different places) Can test Max.120 keys for keyboard.

Features:

Highest speed is 600times/min (10times/sec.)

Can test top to120 keys for one time, which can satisfy full inspection for keyboard quality control.

Use the AC speed adjustable motor for the driving, with low noise and high durability.

To use the weight to click the keys, the clicking force is adjustable from 100~200gf, the clicking force is precise.

The main structure is use the high hardness steel for the supporting, and us the NSK bearing for the transmission, can make sure the durability of the tester.

The testing table is using alum. With anodic oxidation, that can make sure the good looking, there are enough holes for the keyboard fixture installation.

Because of using the special transmission design, the max clicking speed can be 360cycles / Min, that can raise the testing efficiency to save the testing time.

There are 108pcs weights for option, can meet the full checking for the keyboards (the standard attached weight quantity is 10pcs)

To use the LCD counter, can set the testing cycles from 0~99,999,999, and it has the memory function which can make sure it will not affected by accident shut-off of power , when reach the set cycles, the tester will automatically stop.

To use the AUTONIS rotation speed counter, can display the testing speed. Use the sliding block design, can move the fixture forth and back, left and right, can test any key.
