Purpose:
This machine is designed and manufactured according to USA UL 94 standard Burning Characteristics of Plastic Material Specified for Manufacturing Equipment and Parts, GB/T2408-1996 Testing Method of Burning of Plastic Material: horizontal and vertical as well as the relevant clauses in IEC60065 for a purpose of testing the burning characteristics of plastic material.
Technical Parameters:
1. The gas used by this test apparatus is industry-level methane or coal-seam gas or liquefied petroleum gas (if possible, suggest to use the
methane with a concentration>98%). The internal diameter of burning blowtorch is Φ9.5mm+0.3mm and the length is 100mm+10mm, it
has air volume regulating hole.
2. The fire flame is convenient to be adjusted, according to the standard; it can be adjusted from 20mm+1mm to 125mm+10mm.
3. The burning time and residual burning time can be adjusted from a range from 0-99 minutes and 99 seconds.

Packing and Shipping:
Our test machine will be packed in appropriate cardboard boxes and/or crates. The products will be shipped using standard shipping methods such as air freight, sea freight, or ground transport. Any special shipping requirements should be discussed with the supplier prior to the purchase.
The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes and/or other fees associated with the goods. The supplier will provide all necessary documentation to facilitate customs clearance.
